Clinical Quality And Education Director

Lead Group is seeking a Clinical Quality and Education Manager for a Residential Aged Care Facility in Victoria.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the home with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance, and staff education.
You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.

Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the facility with Accreditation and Quality oversight Leading clinical governance and compliance initiatives Developing and implementing staff education programs Collaborating with the team to ensure outstanding service provision Requirements:
Full-time Australian working rights AHPRA Registration Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) 4+ years of clinical experience (Aged Care experience desirable) Leadership capabilities with strong communication skills Relocation assistance is available for the successful candidate.
