About the role Calvary Adelaide Hospital is expanding our services and we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Scrub / Scout Clinical Nurses for our growing urology services. This position is a unique opportunity to join our Urology Perioperative team at Calvary Adelaide Hospital.

Key Responsibilities Support Clinical Manager in everyday running of the department including: stock management, procurement, education, HR matters, liaising with VMOs and company representatives. Be accountable for the delivery of direct patient care. Provide clinical support and direction to Registered, Enrolled, Graduate, Novice, and Student Nurses. Demonstrate leadership qualities and be appropriately qualified, experienced, and a motivated health professional who can impart their knowledge and expertise to ensure safe, high-quality clinical care that meets relevant standards. Ensure a culture of clinical excellence, contemporary practice, and professional development within the clinical specialty. What you bring: AHPRA Registration. Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting. Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation.
