Clinical Nurse Supervisor (ANUM equivalent)We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Supervisor (ANUM Equivalent) to join our dynamic team at Nucleus Network.As the only global phase 1 clinical trials specialist with facilities in both the USA and Australia, we are committed to "advancing medicine and improving lives" by attracting exceptional talent.Since our founding in 2004, Nucleus Network has successfully conducted over 1500 phase 1 clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies from the USA, Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China.Our organization is characterized by our core values, outstanding work culture, dedication to staff development, and commitment to providing an optimal work environment.Join us on this exciting journey of growth and gain world-class experience working with some of the most innovative biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies globally.Key responsibilitiesSupervising and directing clinical staff within the clinical unitEnsuring procedures and guidelines are conducted to industry standardsOrganising for servicing and maintenance of all clinical equipmentAdministering Investigational Products, prescription, and medicationsManaging consumables for clinical unit useProviding general nursing care and monitoring participants well-beingConducting procedures such as vital signs, ECGs, blood collection, blood processing and data collectionProviding leadership and managing emergency situationsLiaising with clinical operations managementParticipating, when required, in development and training of clinical unit staffAssisting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Learning & Development packagesEnsuring direct line reports of the clinical unit have Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) completed and maintained as identified in the corporate KPI goalRostering and leave management for clinical unit staffRequirementsRegistered Division 1 Nurse with AHPRA (no restrictions)3 years minimum post-graduate experienceAt least 1 year experience in a supervisory roleDemonstrated ability to independently manage staff and coordinate shiftsEnthusiastic, driven, positive and highly motivatedMust have excellent time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to work independently and effectively in a teamExcellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with participants and other health care professionalsMaintain a professional level of confidentialityRotating roster Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm/2 pm until 10 pm and on call weekendsIf you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.At Nucleus Network we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space where every individual feels they can be their full selves.
