Permanent Part-Time Hours Available $34.17 - $48.26 Per Hour + Salary Packaging About the Role Grampian Health Ballarat is seeking dynamic, energetic and experienced Registered Nurses to work in the Day Oncology Department.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Day Oncology team caring for a variety of cancers.
We provide excellent patient care with an increasing trials portfolio.
Utilise your exceptional clinical skills, commitment to quality and driven leadership skills Work collaboratively with the Nurse Unit Manager and the team Being part of a team that values Leadership and Excellence in Healthcare Work in first class facilities that maximises care, compassion, individual choice and quality outcomes for all clients and patients   Key Responsibilities Ensures and promotes an excellent standard of care and service is delivered by partnering with patients/residents, consumers, carers and the community at all levels of health care provision, planning and evaluation Work within the multidisciplinary team to facilitate and foster best practise and service delivery to our clients and their families within the Day Oncology department Contributes to quality healthcare through personal and professional development, research data and clinical supervision Accept responsibility for own actions and seeks guidance when a situation exceeds experience or knowledge Supports the Nurse Unit Manager and the team to review and evaluate best practice, evidence based clinical care Skills & Experience Be eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and hold a current Practicing Certificate Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience.
