We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a rapidly expanding Child Adolescent Mental Health Team in the Great Southern Region.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
Extensive and recent experience as a Community Mental Health Nurse with demonstrated expert level skills in crisis intervention, assessment, treatment and case management of children and adolescents with complex mental disorders.Advanced knowledge and ability to initiate and manage interventions under the Mental Health Act 2014 and in line with National Mental Health.Demonstrated ability in negotiation, problem solving, analytical and conflict resolution skills, in a community setting.Demonstrated clinical leadership skills, including skills in providing clinical supervision, and performance development with staff.Demonstrated ability to work independently or with other health professionals within a multidisciplinary team.Demonstrated ability to work within an inclusive, culturally safe service whilst providing trauma informed care.Demonstrated advanced communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other services in the region.Demonstrated computer skills to enable management of medical and patient records, navigation of online policy access, internal communication and completing online resources.Eligible for / or in possession of a current C or C-A Class drivers licence.Application InstructionsApplicants are to submit:
