Fremantle Hospital Mental Health Service is seeking Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS) to fill multiple permanent full and/or part time vacancies across the community teams, Enhanced GP Liaison (EGPL) and Triage.
The CNS is a specialist role which provides an effective clinical function.
As a consequence, the position holder influences the practice of nursing in allocated clinical area/s.
In consultation with the team clinical lead, the CNS provides clinical advice and direction to multidisciplinary care providers in the areas of specialty.
