About The Role
We are looking for a Clinical Scrub Scout nurse to support our busy Orthopaedic specialty theatres. The successful candidate will be joining a very supportive team where training will be provided.
Your Key Accountabilities
Facilitate the smooth operation of the specialty scrub scout teams with a can-do attitude and a strong customer service focus Support all members of the nursing team, acting as a role model and resource person within the clinical area
Permanent full-time or part-time hours are negotiable for the right candidate.
Your Skills And Experience
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Minimum three (3) years' experience in a perioperative setting Extensive orthopaedic surgery experience Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively negotiate Positive role model and demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required Relevant post-graduate qualifications essential
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate of $49.46 + superannuation based on qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

Requirements
