We are seeking a motivated and engaging aesthetic nurse who is enthusiastic about educating healthcare practitioners to join our professional team of clinical nurse specialists based in Melbourne.

Ideally, you would have four years of injectable aesthetic experience with a background working in one or more of the following nursing areas: dermatology, plastic surgery, or emergency department. It will be important that you work collaboratively within a team and have strong communication skills.

The role is primarily based in the greater Melbourne area teaching and training at the dedicated academy as well as in clinic. There is travel to rural locations and interstate.

You will: Contribute proactively as an effective team member within clinical, medical, and commercial teams. Function independently, responsibly, and autonomously. Interact with HCP while working within the framework of Galderma policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities Managing all clinical education of Aesthetic portfolio in the assigned region. Clinical assistance at educational events and KOL led workshops. Mentoring National Contract Nurse Clinical Trainers. Clinical input training materials. Preparation and execution of training plan in local region/s. Provide relevant clinical education & training to ensure competence of HCPs with the safe & effective administration of Galderma aesthetic portfolio. Lead and execute state based Galderma Aesthetic Academy, Clinical forums, and workshops with local & international doctors. Skills & Qualifications You must be able to demonstrate excellence in patient/client assessment, planning, injectable treatment/care, and evaluation during clinical training sessions including appropriate documentation. You must be a Div 1 Registered Nurse and your previous experience working in cosmetic, dermatology, plastics or aesthetics is essential to your success.
