Clinical Nurse Specialist – Hospital in the Home (HiTH) & Ambulatory CareBathurst Health Service
About the role The Hospital in the Home (HITH) Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 is responsible for delivering complex specialist nursing care in the home or outpatient setting as a clinically safe substitute for hospital care.
In this role, you will provide leadership in service improvement and staff development for provision of effective quality care.
Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring service data and key performance indicators against strategic direction and clinical best practice.
