Where you'll be working: Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Mental Health Service Care Co-ordination Team (formerly WRS), based at Hornsby Hospital.
What you'll be doing: The purpose of the Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) position is to provide senior nursing clinical leadership in the development of specialist clinical practice and service delivery within a nursing unit, team or service. The CNS employs advanced clinical skills and exercises extended autonomy of decision making working closely with managers and other senior clinicians.

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification or such other qualifications or relevant equivalent experience.Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development.Demonstrated skills in computer use and applications such as Windows, word processing and database.
