Currently we are seeking Clinical Nurse Specialists to join the Assessment Liaison Escalation Response Team (ALERT) across Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG).
The CNS supervises the delivery of quality patient care, through developing standards of practice, implementing changes to clinical practice, education of staff and initiating research and quality improvement activities.
The CNS is responsible for the provision of a consultation service within their area of expertise and is the point of escalation for clinical concerns within the hospital.
This role works primarily out of hours, and may be rostered at Fiona Stanley and / or Fremantle Hospital.
SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.
