Clinical Nurse or Occupational Therapist or Psychologist or Social Worker (OPMH)Your opportunity: Deliver clinical services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to stakeholders/customers of Queensland Health. Provide clinical and case management support to the older clients of the Wide Bay Mental Health & Specialised Services to achieve the best possible clinical outcomes for this complex group. Liaise with all relevant clinical and non-clinical stakeholders within the older persons environment as well as non-clinical support workers in the community to coordinate a holistic approach to recovery and wellbeing.Provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within Community Mental Health by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.Employment Type: Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) or Several Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable) and Casual Positions Available.

Our offer: You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $132,567 p.a., comprising salary between $79,051 - $116,189 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates between $39.87 - $58.60 p.h. (p/t) (HP3) or competitive remuneration value up to $131,900 p.a., comprising salary between $107,960 - $115,604 p.a. (f/t) or salary rates between $54.45 - $58.30 p.h. (p/t) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%).
