Southern Adelaide Local Health Network - Marion GP Plus Sites - Mental Health Services Salary $84,870 - $107,279 p.a. (pro rata) RN2C | Multiple Part and Full-Time Ongoing Contracts Positions working Monday to Friday Seeking passionate and organised individuals to play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering outstanding clinical care within our dynamic Specialist Community Mental Health Service.
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive clinical care coordination: Facilitate communication and collaboration between patients, clinicians, and community stakeholders. Develop diverse professional portfolios: Gain experience in depot and clozapine clinics, supporting consumer fitness groups, and facilitating therapeutic interventions. Conduct thorough assessments: Utilise your expertise to perform mental health and psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, and develop personalised treatment plans. Support team leadership: Collaborate with the Team Manager to contribute to a cohesive and efficient team environment. Contribute to quality improvement: Engage in clinical auditing, research, and evaluation initiatives to continuously improve patient care outcomes and service delivery. We Offer:

You are a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate. You are enrolled in an approved mental health course or qualification in mental health practice. You have demonstrated clinical expertise and experience in mental health services. You have strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. A commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
