This is for a Permanent or Fixed Term, Full Time appointment at 80 hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager - Inpatient to join the Nursing Administration team at Geraldton Health Campus – Midwest. To be successful, you will have... Leadership experience and demonstrated advanced clinical practice in diverse environmentsAdvanced interpersonal skills and communication (written and verbal) skills and negotiation skillsExpert knowledge and application of research and best practice principlesDemonstrated computer literacy and an ability to utilise information systemsPosition Profile: Provides management and clinical leadership within the inpatient area Geraldton Hospital to ensure safe effective and efficient service provision.
Provides support to the Coordinator of Nursing and Midwifery in developing and implementing goals of inpatient service provision including human and material resource management, safety and quality agenda and governance processes.
