About You We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader who can:
Manage and lead the Disease Control Team, ensuring effective operations and compliance with public health standards.Demonstrate expertise in communicable disease management and immunisation programs, aligned with State and National health targets.Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate disease control and public health initiatives based on local, state, and national priorities.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and government bodies, to coordinate outbreak management and maintain immunisation standards.Use analytical and strategic skills to monitor, interpret, and report on epidemiological and program-specific data.Foster a skilled and knowledgeable team through workforce training and professional development.Act as a consultant on public health issues, providing expertise to health services, external organisations, and community groups.If you are driven to improve public health outcomes and possess strong leadership, clinical, and strategic planning skills, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
