That's why we're looking for a full-time Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Residential team and support and educate Registered Nurses across our Goonellabah facilities.This role is responsible for supporting clinical staff training and practice development within Uniting Residential Aged Care.
It encompasses a consultative approach with service to determine and assist in the ongoing planning of learning needs for clinical staff and extends to close partnerships with Clinical Nurse Consultants and the Learning and Development Team.Key responsibilities include: Support the Services within the Uniting capability framework to reach legislative and regulatory requirementsDelivering creative blended learning solutions seeking to ensure all staff gain access to developmentEnsure Service learning needs analysis in reflective of current and proposed skill requirements in relation to identified needsSupport the education provided by Clinical Nurse Consultants, internal clinical experts and external training providers to engage with team members by mentoring, coaching and improving clinical practice providedAbout You Current AHPRA registration, Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including 12 months minimum in Aged Care.Certificate IV in Training and EducationKnowledge of best-practices within clinical nurse education, including legislative and regulatory requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage others in learning and developmentWhat We Offer You: A rewarding career with a leading human services organisation.Up to $18,550 NFP salary packaging available.Access to our U rewards program with exclusive discounts.Access to Fitness Passport – Live your best life.A supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environmentA commitment to offer opportunities to grow your careerPurchase of additional leaveHow to apply If this opportunity is of interest, then we'd love to hear from you.
