About the role Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse/Clinical Nurse to join our CSSD team on a full-time basis. In this fast-paced and varied environment, you will utilise your excellent clinical skills and customer service skills to maintain the highest operational standards of the sterilisation service.
As a Clinical Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Providing evidenced based nursing careProviding clinical expertise and depth to the plastics theatre teamsLiaising with the multidisciplinary teamEnsuring patient and staff safetyEnsuring eLearning and mandatory training is completed on a regular basisLiaising with surgeons regarding equipmentMinimum 5 years acute hospital experience as a Registered/Clinical NurseClinical experience in a perioperative environmentCurrent Registration with AHPRACommitment to Quality Patient CareSound clinical decision making and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsWorks well independently and within a teamSound knowledge of AS/NZ 4187 2014Demonstrated knowledge of instrumentationExperience with tracking systemsTo Apply: Please click on the 'Apply' button to be taken to our online application form.
