What your day will look like:
Your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you engage with young people and their families, providing tailored, evidence-based therapy that meets their unique needs.
Collaborating closely with your multidisciplinary team, you'll lead discussions to strategize effective care plans and ensure every young person feels heard and valued.
As you assess and interpret clinical data, you'll apply your advanced skills in Mentalizing Based Treatments, adapting your approach to foster trust and encourage engagement.
With a focus on holistic care, you'll navigate complex cases, coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality services.
Throughout the day, you'll embody the values of Darling Downs Health, mentoring colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture while actively pursuing professional development.
