About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide specialised project management skills and services for the development, implementation and commissioning of the orthopaedic service at Caboolture Hospital.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
In consultation with the Nursing Director Surgical and Intensive Care Service Line / Director of Operations CKW and Redcliffe/ Caboolture Orthopaedics clinical leads and executives undertake project management activities through developing a project plan to progress and manage deliverables in accordance with the project lifecycle.Develop effective professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve expectations of Metro North Health orthopaedic service expansion.Work collaboratively with the project team, internal and external stakeholders across Redcliffe and CKW clinical directorates including the Surgical stream and other Orthopaedic departments to provide policy and strategic advice to the project sponsor, and other stakeholders as required to inform decision making and governance direction to achieve project deliverables with minimal slippage.Apply sound knowledge and skills in leadership, communication, change and project management.Health Equity
