Clinical Nurse Consultant or Clinical Nurse - Full time or Part timeAbout the roleHolistic Nursing Solutions (HNS) is seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant or Clinical Nurse to join our team in Tamworth, New South Wales. This role is essential in supporting our community healthcare services and improving patient outcomes. We aim to provide flexibility, allowing the successful applicant to choose to work either part-time (0.6) or full-time, with full-time incumbents also responsible for coordinating our national continence services.What you'll be doingReporting to the NSW Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for:Providing comprehensive nursing care and clinical expertise to patients within the communityAssessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating personalised patient care plansCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care for patientsMonitoring patients' conditions and adjusting care plans accordinglyAdvocating for patients' rights and ensuring their needs are metMaintaining accurate and up-to-date patient recordsParticipating in quality improvement initiatives and research projectsMentoring and supporting junior nursing staffWhat we're looking forRegistered Nurse with a current AHPRA licenseMinimum 3 years' experience in community health nursing or relevant alternate experienceStrong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsExperience in wound and continence assessment and managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to promote our services in the community to secure new businessAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred careKnowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practicesAvailability to work hours across at least 4 days of the weekWhat we offerAt HNS, we are committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our employees.
