The Wide Bay area is arguably one of the most beautiful regions of Queensland. The Health Service stretches from Agnes Water in the North to Maryborough in the South and provides acute care services to a population of over 225,000 residents including several rural communities.Your opportunity:Coach and actively guide and encourage nursing/midwifery staff towards the delivery of quality care by promoting knowledge and skills for evidence-based and patient-focused clinical services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.Develop, foster, and encourage a culture of learning through mentoring and preceptor support for all nursing/midwifery staff through all stages of the clinical journey, supporting timely resolution of clinical education needs and challenges.You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $39,570 p.a., comprising salary rates $54.45 - $58.30 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6(1)) (Permanent Part Time, 22.8 hours p.f.).
