Clinical Nurse - Bunbury

Belong at Home (CHC) is seeking enthusiastic, motivated and caring people to join our South West team as a Clinical Nurse.We have a permanent part-time position available for a Registered Nurse with a highly respected not-for-profit community organisation providing care and support services for our Bunbury areas.As a Clinical Nurse (Community), you will:Provide excellent care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans.Monitor chronic diseases and palliative conditions.Perform wound care, continence care, palliative care, medication management, and management of chronic diseases.Achieve optimum care for clients by being responsive to their changing needs.Liaise with and refer to other organisations as required to provide for the clients' needs.Assist the clinical leads with other duties as required.Minimum Requirements:Current AHPRA registration.Availability to work (M-F) - school hours available.Aged Care experience is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A genuine enthusiasm, care, and compassion in your commitment to working with the elderly.A National Police Clearance is required.A competitive remuneration package including salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum to reduce the amount of tax you pay.
