This position involves: Monitoring patient/client care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved.Oversee the provision of nursing care within a team/unit.Plan and coordinate services including those from other disciplines.Integrate advanced theoretical knowledge, evidence from a range of sources and own experience to devise and achieve agreed patient/client care outcomes.About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
