You will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative services, systems, and projects that enhance patient-centred performance, operational efficiencies and optimal patient outcomes and experiences.
Your management and leadership will guide the clinical team in providing high standards of care, ensuring compliance with organisational and quality standards. Your leadership will guide and foster collaborative relationships within your department and other departments within the hospital. You will also oversee the financial management and reporting, staff development, and the implementation of best practices in clinical governance.

You will have strong clinical leadership skills and a passion for patient care. You are an authentic leader who believes in challenging their team to help them grow in their professional clinical practice.
While the role oversees the operations of our wards and patient care, an important aspect of this role is your team, and as such, you will have excellent communication skills which influence culture.
You should be a skilled people manager with experience and a passion for mentoring and coaching a team of dedicated multidisciplinary workforce.
To be considered for the role you will need to possess:
Current registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA.Postgraduate clinical qualification in Nursing is preferred.Higher-level qualification in Critical/Intensive Care or similar.Proven middle to senior management experience in a hospital setting.Experience in managing staff and governance processes.Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.If you are a resilient, organised, and results-oriented professional with the ability to influence change and enhance team performance, we want to hear from you!
