Who are we looking for? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Residential Aged Care team at AnglicareSA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical governance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to residents. You should be a proactive leader with the ability to mentor and support clinical teams, driving improvements in care practices and fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
What can you expect to be doing? As the Clinical Lead, you will:
Provide contemporary evidence-based practice guidance and support to clinical care teams. Assist in the operation and review of the Clinical Governance Framework, identifying opportunities for improvement. Analyse clinical performance indicators to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care. Coach and mentor home-based Clinical Leadership teams to enhance their competence and confidence. Lead and promote a resident-driven service delivery model that respects individual needs. Engage with clinical teams to foster critical thinking and improve communication skills. Actively participate in governance committees and leadership meetings to improve customer outcomes. What do you need to bring? To excel in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in a clinical leadership position within the aged care sector. Strong understanding of clinical governance, best practice guidelines & Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams. A commitment to resident-centred care and inclusivity. Ability to analyse data and develop strategies for continuous improvement in clinical services. Dedication to promoting a safe and healthy work environment in line with WH&S policies.
