It bridges the gap between community and clinical care, emphasising the importance of engagement, collaboration, and empowerment.The program offers specialised support for young people experiencing suicidality, self-harm, and other mental health challenges, with an emphasis on tailored, flexible, and holistic interventions. This includes personalised planning and care delivery to empower young people to overcome barriers, strengthen resilience, and achieve their goals.The OpportunityThe Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality, client-centred care within a vital mental health service supporting young people. This key leadership position will involve guiding and mentoring a team of Support Workers and Peer Workers, fostering their professional development and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care. The Clinical Lead will support the team by conducting assessments, reviewing risk assessments and safety plans, and providing expert guidance on complex cases.The key areas of responsibility for the Clinical Lead include:Providing clinical input, consultation, and oversight of decision-making to ensure evidence-based, respectful, and responsive customer care.Guiding and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to encourage professional growth and deliver high-quality, client-centred care.Building strong relationships with families, doctors, hospitals, schools, and other referral sources to drive positive outcomes.Monitoring and evaluating customer outcomes, stakeholder satisfaction, and the effectiveness of supports provided.Supporting the development and implementation of organisational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.Leading the team in achieving and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, certifications, and accreditations.About YouFor this opportunity, our client is seeking an experienced leader with a strong clinical background and the ability to drive program excellence within a client-focused, multidisciplinary environment.
