Grow and learn with training and professional development opportunities.Responsibilities:Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and guidance, in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Coordination of the planning, implementation, and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards.Identification of client care needs, plan interventions, and review outcomes of care.Maintaining accurate and legally appropriate documentation of nursing services.Some out-of-hours, on-call work may apply from time to time.Practicable knowledge of current Aged Care legislation and accreditation standards.Current AHPRA registration.Current Drivers' licence.Salary range is $109,000 - $115,131 base (exclusive of superannuation and salary sacrifice component).If you share our values of trust, dignity, and choice, open the door to a meaningful career with Resthaven.#J-18808-Ljbffr
