The Clinical Governance Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining clinical governance frameworks and processes to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance across clinical operations within the organization.
This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in patient care delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities include:
Design, implement, and continuously refine clinical governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support the organization's clinical operations.Lead and support quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.Recommend and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of adverse events and mitigate potential risks.Collaborate with regulatory affairs and compliance teams to interpret regulations, assess compliance gaps, and develop remediation plans as needed.Provide education, training, and support to clinical staff on clinical governance principles, quality improvement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.About You & What You'll BringAs an accomplished Clinical Governance Lead, you will bring extensive expertise in clinical governance frameworks and a deep commitment to enhancing patient outcomes.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Advanced degree preferred.Clinical licensure or certification (e.g., RN, MD) required.Proven experience in clinical governance, quality assurance, or risk management within a healthcare setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of clinical governance principles, quality improvement methodologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, ISO standards).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex clinical data and identify opportunities for improvement.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Project management experience, including the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate clinical governance initiatives within established timelines and budgets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
