About the role This is a 12-month fixed-term, part-time position (0.8 FTE, flexible days) working usual office hours, based in our beautiful Southbank Office. Ryman villages and care facilities are dynamic environments in which clinical team members can thrive, developing their careers in many ways. Our Clinical Education Team works with village leaders, the clinical quality team, and team members to identify opportunities to bridge gaps in knowledge and skills, enhance practice for individuals and teams, advise on education pathways, and support development at all stages of career development.
You will be responsible for contributing to the continual growth of clinical education programs at Ryman.
In this role you will: Work collaboratively with Regional Clinical Leads.Support the expansion of Ryman's nursing and caregiver career pathways.Deliver In-Service Education in villages.Contribute to the development and delivery of emerging education programmes such as Ryman's Preceptorship program.Oversee student placement processes and develop relationships with key external education providers across VIC.Assess applications to Ryman's Education Support funding.Provide advice and guidance about career development opportunities to individuals and groups.About you Qualifications: You must hold a current Practicing Certificate and a postgraduate nursing qualification at a minimum level of Postgraduate Certificate.
