Clinical Document SpecialistNorth Shore Private Hospital, St Leonards Part Time or Full Time Opportunities Available The OpportunityAs the Clinical Documentation Specialist, you will be engaging with doctors, nurses, and Allied Health staff to ensure all clinical documentation is complete and accurately reflects the complexity of each patient. This dynamic role involves undertaking clinical documentation reviews, hospital-wide education, and assists with quality improvement projects. The CDS works in alignment with the health information team as well as liaising with other leaders within the hospital.
Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will be able to report on all outcomes in a standardised, efficient, and timely manner.
You will be a self-motivated, ambitious individual who can work effectively in a team environment, but also autonomously and have a proven ability to engage with clinicians and other key stakeholders. A passion for quality improvement and promoting culture change is desirable.
You will also have the following:
