Clinical Dietitian Senior, Level 3 Aged Care - Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick This Senior Clinical Dietitian position is responsible for the delivery of nutrition care to our aged care wards (acute and rehabilitation) together with a rotational Level 1/2 Dietitian. The post offers the opportunity to conduct ongoing service evaluation to improve our model of nutrition care including the utilisation of dietitian assistants.
Your focus will be on providing quality person-centred care. You will be actively involved in quality improvement, service review, and service development activities within the department. All senior staff are also involved in clinical supervision of junior staff and students.
Where you'll be working The Prince of Wales Hospital is a quaternary referral and teaching hospital - a great place to develop your career. Our team comprises 19 dedicated dietitians ranging from new graduates to experienced clinical specialists. The Prince of Wales Hospital is located in Randwick, in Sydney's eastern suburbs. The hospital is undergoing redevelopment and has just opened a new acute services building as part of our large and friendly hospital campus. The hospital is accessible via a light rail service which stops right outside the main entrance, along with a range of bus services.
