Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration to join our team as a Part-Time Clinical Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in disability and/or mental health settings, bringing valuable expertise and insight to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee clinical services provided to our participants.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of participants healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the service delivery team. 
Provide clinical guidance and support to staff members, offering training and mentorship as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to participants care and program outcomes.
Collaborate with external healthcare providers and community resources.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Previous experience working in disability and/or mental health settings strongly preferred.
Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
