Role Overview
This role involves weekly extensive travel nationally.
The Clinical Consultant will travel to our client's facilities and provide expertise in: Compliance Auditing and Assurance Plans for Continuous Improvement Care Planning and Assessment Reviews Clinical Care and Management Psychotropic Use and Behaviour Support Planning Restrictive Practices Incident and Risk Management including SIRS Compliance Staffing Levels and Appropriate Skill Mix for Care Recipient Acuity Clinical Oversight and Governance Infection Prevention and Control Benefits and Perks Achieve work/life balance – Monday to Friday only (no nights) Travel within and out of state (weekly) Provided with company laptop and other equipment (Telstra WIFI dongle, portable monitor, portable printer) Mobile phone allowance of $100 per month A generous living away from home allowance of $300 per night away Monthly wellness stipend available (gym passes, monthly massage etc – your choice) Have your Birthday off!
