About the Role The Clinical Change Coordinator's primary objective is to support the successful delivery of the CSSD redevelopment project. This role aims to ensure seamless project execution with minimal disruption to ongoing operations, while adhering to relevant standards and maximizing stakeholder engagement.
About You Demonstrated experience in leading clinical change initiatives within the healthcare sector. Proven ability to develop and execute effective change management strategies that drive adoption and minimise resistance.Demonstrated experience in perioperative nursing and infection control practices, including the operations of a central sterilising supply department.Strong project management skills and understanding of methodology, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners. Proven capability in managing project timelines, resources, and budgets. Ability to evaluate project plans, implementation, and variations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure effective engagement with stakeholders within and external to the organisation. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, adapt to changing circumstances and to adjust strategies accordingly.
