Nursing - Aged Care (Healthcare & Medical) Full time Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a beautiful Residential Aged Care Facility local to the Windsor Gardens location in Adelaide.Located in an easily commutable location, this is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a highly efficient and supportive team environment within this medium sized residential aged care home.Internal structure includes General Manager, second Clinical Care Manager, Quality and Education Partner, Rostering officers, AN-ACC Support, 24x hour RNs and Care team and more.In this role you will be responsible for staff leadership, infection control, supporting Facility Manager in operational leadership, documentation control and oversight of person-first care.
