To thrive in this role, you will have: Excellent clinical skill base and knowledge of legislation within Aged Care.
Experience in leading and supervising teams of people and liaising with families.
Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
A compassionate, flexible and positive approach.
The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: Recognised tertiary qualification and current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
