You're part therapist, part cheerleader.
Clients and families lean on you during tough times.
Your empathy is a soothing balm.
Your work isn't just about charts and checklists, you weave compassion into the very fabric of healthcare.
Like a gardener tending to delicate blooms, you monitor client progress.
If the treatment plan needs tweaking, you adjust it.
Flexibility is your superpower.
This is a clinical position. Candidates must have a tertiary qualification or equivalent in Mental Health or a related discipline.
Experience or knowledge of the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) and Suicide Prevention sector and an understanding of client needs are essential.
A minimum of three years' experience is required.

Organised and unflappable, with a complete understanding of patient confidentiality and a strong sense of social justice, your enquiring mind will see you fully engaged with this worthy mission to contribute to positive client outcomes.
Always up for a challenge, you will gladly take responsibility to ensure that the part you play in this important initiative runs perfectly smoothly and consistently error-free every day.
