Clinical Care Coordinator

Redstone have partnered with a large aged care provider (NFP) with a home on the South West coast of Victoria (approx.
1 hour from Geelong).
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of a 60 bed home along with the floor staff and support team.
