Role OverviewThis is a Monday – Friday full time role that works within business hours, however we are happy to consider flexibility in start and finish times. The role oversees: Ensuring all services and practices are delivered with a strong focus on the individual.Provide Clinical Leadership, support, coaching and mentoring to staff.Supervision and delegation of tasks to nursing and care staff teams within the facility.Liaise with other health care professionals to ensure appropriate plans of care are facilitated and delivered.Building strong working relationships with staff, management, residents, families and suppliers.Promoting a working environment supporting WH&S and infection control practices.Ensure monthly indicators are collected, analysed and risk is reported.Ensuring documentation requirements of the facility are met.Ensuring risk & compliance requirements of the facility are met.A little about you. Can you demonstrate:Previous experience in a supervisory position.Passion for aged care.An understanding of ACFI/AN-ACC, Aged Care Quality Standards.High level of understanding and commitment to resident care.Sound written and verbal communication skills and history of practicing empathy in providing quality Resident care.Current Registered Nurses' Registration with AHPRA.Sound experience in Gerontological Nursing and Palliative Care.If the answer is 'yes' to these questions, please submit your application today.
