Your opportunity We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our team as Clinical Application Sales Specialist - Magnetic Resonance Imaging with Philips. Reporting to the Modality Sales Manager MR, this role will be responsible for providing clinical education and applications support to potential new and existing Philips Healthcare customers. As the Clinical Application Sales Specialist, you will build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, support new product launches, and act as Voice of Customer by providing feedback to the business on commercial and clinical related matters.
This role is based in Melbourne supporting Victoria with possible ANZ travel when required. Your primary focus will be to provide clinical support throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship. You will work in partnership with Account Managers and internal teams to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations, right through the sales cycle to installation and post-sale training, applications, and ongoing support.
Your role includes Deliver a high level of clinical education and applications support to potential and existing Philips customers.Train customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the delivered equipment; or (re-)Train customers in case of new releases and or versions in the operating procedures of the equipment.Set up application training schedules, in close cooperation with the customer to address particular product and customer needs.In consultation with the Clinical Applications Manager, Image Guided Therapy Business Line and Marketing team, successfully initiate and implement education events for the IGT install base.Support the sales process with customer qualification, product configuration, quote development, equipment demonstrations and presentations which highlight key marketing messages.Work closely with the sales team to identify leads, assist with tender submissions, and promote the product range at customer sites, trade shows and educational events.Maintain excellent communication with customers and demonstrate timely responses to customer requests, issues and clinical application queries.Gathering content for the development of clinical promotional content.Participation in Business Planning, creation, and execution of customer retention strategy.Guide and support the sales team in the MR sales process.In collaboration with Modality Sales Specialist MR, develop and deploy modality specific clinical education programs for customers and internal staff.Develop calendar for user groups, education events and paid courses, work in conjunction with the Business Managers and Events Coordinator to organize content, invites and execution.Support new product launches and develop clinical content for IS newsletters.Act as Voice of Customer and provide feedback to the Business on clinical related matters.You're the right fit if: You will bring Graduate studies in Radiography with comprehensive clinical experience with relevant MR product knowledge.Superior customer centric approach / skills with outstanding relationship building and communication skills.High levels of motivation, energy and a drive to achieve results and confident in your ability to conduct presentations and training.A willingness to travel across ANZ when required.Desire to be in a commercially focused role, partnering the business.About Philips We are a health technology company.
