Flexible hours: Monday to Friday, Full time or part time; no shift work!
Pay rate: $54.47 per hour + superannuation

ACAS positions offer flexibility and autonomy and are based across both metropolitan and regional locations, with most roles involving local travel within each region.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Aged Care Assessor to join the team.
What will your role look like? You will be conducting assessments to identify and meet the complex needs of clients and refer to appropriate aged care services under the Aged Care ACT.
Day to day this includes:
Collaborating with clients, families and multidisciplinary teams as requiredWorking collaboratively with colleagues to promote a supportive and positive team cultureConducting accurate aged care assessments using the Integrated Assessment Tool (IAT) to determine client needs and determining eligibility for home support services.
Reviewing support plans to meet client's changing support needs.
Working effectively both autonomously and as a member of a broader team in delivering to key performance indicators within identified timeframes.
Maintaining currency of knowledge relating to aged care services both funded and non-funded.
Assisting with continuous improvement frameworks to regularly evaluate and enhance assessment processes and outcomes.
To be successful in this role you'll need: Tertiary Qualification in a health-related discipline directly related to Health, Aged Care or related specialist area (e.g.
