Tell us about your transferable skills and experience! The position is responsible for:
Providing an effective and efficient patient administration service to a diverse client group.
This includes patient reception, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records/documentation management, Medicare billing, facilities management, fleet management, data and word processing activities, etc.Working collaboratively with others to promote a positive team culture underpinned by knowledge sharing, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach.Contributing ideas and participating in ongoing change initiatives to improve clinical administration systems, processes, and policies.Preparing timely, clear, concise, and high-quality agendas, minutes, and other correspondence.Booking interpreter and transport services.Other administrative functions as required.About CALHN The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
