The position is responsible for:
Providing an effective and efficient patient administration service to a diverse client group.
This includes patient reception, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records/documentation management, Medicare billing, facilities management, fleet management, data and word processing activities, etc.
Working collaboratively with others to promote a positive team culture underpinned by knowledge sharing, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach.
Contributing ideas and participating in ongoing change initiatives to improve clinical administration systems, processes, and policies.
Preparing timely, clear, concise, and high-quality agendas, minutes, and other correspondence.
Booking interpreter and transport services.
Other administrative functions as required.

Essential Requirements:
Current National Police Clearance (NPC).
Working With Children Check (DHS).
Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description.
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
