Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with a fantastic health service in a wonderful coastal city of South Australia to help them find a Clinic Manager to lead their team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the effective and efficient management of clinic operations, including overseeing clinical staff, driving continuous service improvement, and fostering strong relationships with community stakeholders.

Further Details Starting October/November 2024Permanent full-time position or Fixed-Term position - min 9 monthsUp to $127,584.71 per annum + superannuation (perm full-time position) OR up to $164,181.25 per annum + super on a casual fixed-term contractUp to $5000 relocation assistance + 6 months subsidised accommodation provided (negotiable)Key Responsibilities Lead and manage clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant legislation.Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team, including Registered Nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, and support staff.Collaborate with external healthcare providers, including specialists and allied health professionals, to enhance service delivery.Drive clinic performance by optimising Medicare revenue, managing resources, and maintaining clinic facilities and equipment.Ensure compliance with infection control, OH&S standards, and privacy regulations.Engage with the community to ensure services are culturally appropriate and meet local health needs.Selection Criteria Current unrestricted registration with AHPRANational Crime Check within the past 12 monthsCurrent Working with Children's CheckProven experience managing healthcare services, ideally within an Aboriginal or remote healthcare settingStrong leadership, decision-making, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to work collaboratively with Aboriginal communities, respecting cultural sensitivitiesPrevious experience in an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO)Sound knowledge of Medicare Benefits Scheme and primary healthcare principlesMust have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).How to Apply Please click 'Apply Now'.
