We're on the lookout for a confident, reliable and highly organised Clinic Coordinator to join our In My Skin family. You will be the face of our clinic and the heart of our team; greeting clients, answering phones, making bookings, assisting our nurses, and ensuring that the clinic is running smoothly at all times. Experience in a clinic/salon environment is advantageous but not required. Does this sound like something you're up for? If yes, then keep on reading!

Managing our booking system Managing stock and system entry Managing client feedback and liaising with clinic owner to come up with solutions if needed Assisting our cosmetic and IV nurses during treatments Greeting and farewelling all guests and clients with warmth and professionalism Answering enquiries from clients (we'll teach you everything you need to know!) Monitoring and responding to phone calls, emails, contact forms, etc. Monitoring and fulfilling online orders Effectively managing the daily tasks and brainstorming ideas for continuous improvement General cleaning and upkeep of our clinic We value the hard work our employees put into the business, so we offer benefits such as generous staff discounts, training opportunities, staff social events and more.
