Located in the beautiful rural town of Clifton between Toowoomba and Warwick, Clifton Community Health Services operates via a unique not-for-profit health care model that aims to provide a comprehensive pathway of care for members of our community, including home care services, independent living options, residential aged care, private hospital, and medical practice that services Clifton and surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, in this senior leadership role you will take responsibility for the management of a range of business units including our Residential Aged Care and Hospital facilities. This will see you accountable for a broad range of tasks incorporating ensuring effective and sustainable performance, the highest level of clinical practice, leadership and management, as well as best practice quality, safety, risk and compliance.
This will be accomplished through close collaboration with the Executive Director - Community, as well as direct reports and other key stakeholders, utilising effective strategic leadership and the development and implementation of business plans in line with the organisation's purpose, values and priorities.
Health Services management experience, ideally including Residential Aged Care and/or a hospital facility, and relevant tertiary qualification/s are essential, while current registration as Registered Nurse with AHPRA would be advantageous. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, as well as experience in a growing, complex, government-funded business, preferably within a not-for-profit and regional environment, is also highly desirable.
