Job Description:
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Celgene. This is a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of any issues.- Conduct research to understand market trends and competitor strategies to better serve clients.- Negotiate with clients on pricing, contracts, and other relevant matters to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in client support or customer service.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.- Strong research and negotiation skills.
