Client Support Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

McKesson, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Client Support Representative to work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, independent, have strong strategic planning skills, and possess an exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat- Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client problems- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and retention- Assist in training new team members on client support best practices

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset- Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office programs- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
