Job Description:

Crown Holdings is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns.
2. Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with order processing.
3. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and delivering delight.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Energetic and reliable individual with strong problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and diffuse difficult situations.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with the potential for occasional travel opportunities.
