Client Support Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

Visteon, a leading technology company, is seeking a Client Support Officer to work from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely while providing essential support to our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter.3. Collaborate with colleagues to address client concerns and find solutions.4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist clients.6. Identify opportunities for improvement in client support processes.7.
